Ms. Fell has defended industry leaders in breach of contract and antitrust disputes. Ms. Fell's employment practice involves defense of sexual harassment and discrimination cases before administrative agencies and in court, defense of class actions brought under the California Labor Code, and providing day-to-day employment advice and counseling to employers. She conducts employment compliance audits for companies of all sizes and is a regular guest speaker at employment law seminars on the topics of discrimination, sexual harassment, and wage and hour compliance. She has handled matters before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Fell graduated magna cum laude from the University of San Diego, School of Law, where she was a member of the Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif. During law school, Ms. Fell received the 2004 CALI Award for Excellence in Advanced Trial Advocacy and the Outstanding Oral Advocate Award.
